HRTrends is back, the event that will bring together Human Resources leaders from Argentina and Latin America
The ninth edition of HRTrends is coming, an event that presents the corporate benefits platform Bonda and that will bring together more than 240 leaders from the main local and international companies. This is a regional event that will be held on October 23 and 24 in Buenos Aires and is presented as an opportunity to explore the latest trends in Human Resources.
Based on the leading role that this sector has assumed in Argentina in facing complex challenges, such as the management of salaries and compensations in a constantly changing economic environment, the meeting will address the main challenges and learn about successful strategies and trends to apply in this area.
In this context, Bonda will present for the first time a double edition of HRTrends Argentina, with the support of Deel, Arizmendi, PDA, WeWork and Samsung. The event will bring together prominent Human Resources leaders from renowned national and international companies, who will share their experiences and knowledge with all attendees.
Likewise, HRTrends seeks to establish itself as one of the most disruptive and engaging events in the sector, with the participation of representatives from companies such as Microsoft Argentina, PedidosYa, Aggreko, Alsea and Mercer, among others.
What the experts will talk about
The key topics that will be addressed in this edition include the latest trends in benefits in companies, strategies to develop and enhance the employer brand, alternatives to transform the employee experience into a competitive advantage and the impact of artificial intelligence on talent management.

The event will be moderated by Fer Niizawa, Global Chief of Public Affairs Officer & Board Member of PDA, who will lead the panels during both days. In addition, there will be an outstanding lineup of speakers that includes Inés García Toscano, Career & Rewards Manager of Mercer, who will give a presentation entitled “Mission Impossible: Competitive Compensation in High Inflation Contexts.”
Andrés Camardón, Head of Sales at Deel, will talk about “International Payroll Management with Deel”; while Laura Leszman, People Experience specialist, will reveal insights on “CX to PX: From employee experience to Employer Branding”.
Meanwhile, Natalia Torres, Comms Manager for Microsoft Argentina, and Ivana Thornton, president of Mercer, will present “Goodbye biases, hello AI: why generative artificial intelligence can further humanize talent management in companies”.
The list of speakers will also include Fernando Bocchicchio, HR manager at Aggreko, Sabrina Martins, HR director at Alsea South America, and Juan Castagnaro (PedidosYa), who will lead the space called “The new role of HR and the Social Value Proposition”. Likewise, the organization affirms that more speakers will be announced soon.

HRTrends: an initiative that is expanding throughout Latin America
The proposal does not only take place in Argentina. In recent years, it has established itself as one of the most influential Human Resources events at a regional level, with editions in Chile and Mexico, which increases its attendance and impact in the sector.
This year, the summit will debut on September 19 in Colombia, where leaders of top-level companies will meet to discuss current trends and what the future may be in the organizational field. The proposal will also be presented again on October 3 in Chile and on November 7 in Mexico.
