According to Law 25.326 you have:
(i) The right to exercise the right of access to personal data of its owner free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven to this effect in accordance with the provisions of article 14, section 3 of law 25.326 (conf. article 2 of Provision 10/08 of the National Directorate of Personal Data Protection).
(ii) The right to have the personal data of his/her ownership rectified, updated and, where appropriate, deleted or subject to confidentiality from the database (conf. article 16 of law 25.326).
Likewise, you may at any time request the removal or blocking of your name and/or other personal data owned by you from the personal databases of website visitors (see article 27 of Law 25,326), except in those cases where their collection and conservation are required by current regulations.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
Any dispute between SUCHENS and the user shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, excluding any rule that refers to the application of a foreign law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the Federal Capital.
